DAYCARE PASS INFORMATION
- All daycare pass packages have a 90-day expiry (except for the Monthly Pass which is applicable date of purchase to the same date of the next month e.g., June 15-July 15).
- Passes only apply to the dog that they were purchased for.
- New dogs must successfully complete at least 2 full days of daycare before purchasing a pass.
- Assessment day fee will be deducted from the price of a dog’s FIRST ever daycare pass purchase.
- Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on daycare passes..
EARLY DROP OFF/LATE PICKUP POLICY
- Early drop off and late pick up both start at $10.00/dog, increasing by $10.00 every hour. e.g., 2 hours late is $20.00.
- Regular daycare passes are not applicable to late pickups (except for a specific Late Pickup pass).
- Early drop off times can be NO EARLIER THAN 5:30am.
- Late pick-ups must be NO LATER THAN 8:30pm.
- If you are unable to pick up your dog on time, you must call us, and we will arrange for your pup to stay overnight.
NO SHOW POLICY
- All cancellations must be made “formal,” by calling us, letting us know in person, or cancelling your booking through our ProPet Portal.
- If you fail to bring in your dog and have not given us a formal cancellation, a 1st warning will be issued.
- 2 nd warnings will result in 1 day being taken from a daycare pass, OR, for non-pass holding dogs, a request will be made that all daycare days are prepaid.

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional fees may be required for medical conditions requiring additional care. Please inquire if you have questions. Early/Late Pick Up Fee start at $10.00/ per dog within 45 min of our business hours.
If longer than an hour, the dog will become a sleepover dog and overnight rates will apply.

- Full Day – $35.00 / 2nd Dog: $55.00

- Multifamily discounts apply – MUST live in the same household

Passes that are purchased for puppies prior to them being altered will be extended for 6 months once they return to daycare. No refunds will be issued.
